Our Senior Management Team

Rick Cornett, President & CEO

Rick Cornett began Jan-Care in 1970. He started the company with one ambulance while his wife, Juanita, dispatched from their home. Rick has always taken the risks necessary to see that Jan-Care thrived. He has worked hard to provide quality care to the patients that we serve. He also believes in giving back to the community where we sponsor free blood pressure clinics, cholesterol screenings, and cover numerous football and basketball games. He has also been very active with the legislation on passing bills that uphold the high standard of pre hospital care. Rick lives in Beckley with his wife Juanita. He has three grown sons and four grandchildren that also live in the area.

J. Todd Cornett, Vice President

Joseph "Todd" Cornett, son of Rick Cornett, started working with his father at age fifteen. He has seen Jan-Care grow from covering four connecting counties to being the largest ambulance provider in the state. Todd is the Vice President of the West Virginia Ambulance Administrators Association. He is also a voting delegate for Mountain State EMS and sits on the legislative committee for the West Virginia EMS Coalition. Todd lives in Beckley with his wife and two sons.
