You must login to prism and complete the open enrollment election, if you want insurance in 2023, if you don't you will not have insurance in 2023 even if you were enrolled in 2022 (it does not carry over without your re-enrollment!)

TIER LEVELS
Keep in mind that this is full time continuous employment.  For example:  you were hired 3/13/2013 full time, went part time 5/15/2015, then came back full time 10/10/2018.  You would be a Tier 3 employee.  The employee did not have FULL time continuous employment due to going part time 5/15/15.   
 
Tier 1 Employee  --  hired before 4/20/14  
Tier 2 Employee  --  hired between 4/21/14 and 9/16/18
Tier 3 Employee  --  hired between 9/17/18 and 6/6/22
Tier 4 Employee  --  hired after 6/6/22
